This animation shows a globally coupled hybrid iteration: a subset of ranks submits quantum jobs and blocks, and the entire workflow becomes gated by a single “all results required” synchronization point.
Assumptions: 1000 total ranks; ~200 ranks participate in circuit preparation/submission.
The quantum phase is shown as a serialized evaluation segment (no queue buildup) to isolate the barrier effect.
